Customer Survey Gift Voucher Competition
General Terms and Conditions
The Promoter is: MISSOMA LIMITED of Studio 12, 2-4 Exmoor Street, London W10 6BD (“Missoma”).
The Promotion is: Customer Survey Gift Voucher Comp (the “Promotion”).
The Promotion Period is: 7am GMT 13 March 2023 (“Opening Date”) to 7am GMT 13 April 2023 (“Closing Date”).
The Prize is: 3x £500 (or $500 dependent on your location) Missoma gift voucher redeemable online for use on full price Missoma product only (the “Prize”). There will be three winners who will each win a Prize.
Entrance Requirements
1. To win entrants must complete a survey on the Missoma website during the Promotion Period and leave their email address at the end of the survey.
Eligibility
2. The Promotion is only open to global residents where there is a Missoma-hosted website aged 18 years or over, except for Promoter’s employees, their immediate family or any third party directly associated with the Promotion are not eligible to enter.
3. Incomplete, illegal, misdirected or late entries will not be valid. Proof of complying with the Entrance Requirements will not be accepted as proof of receipt or entry. Promoter is not responsible for entries lost, damaged or delayed due to technical or connectivity or other problems.
4. By submitting a Promotion entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Prize fulfilment and disqualification
8. A winner will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer on 17 April 2023 ("Draw Date").
9. The Prize is as stated and subject to availability, prizes are not transferable and there are no alternative prizes or cash substitutes.
10. The Prize cannot be used to buy discounted items, or in conjunction with any other discounts, offers or promotions.
11. Winner will be notified on the Draw Date that they have won via the email address they used for entrance.
12. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
13. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of major prize winners and, if applicable copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emails shop@missoma.com or writes to MISSOMA LIMITED of Studio 12, 2-4 Exmoor Street, London W10 6BD (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the
Closing Date. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
14. Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event that the selected prize is unavailable for any reason whatsoever.
15. A winner forfeits their prize and Promoter reserves the right to select at random alternative winner if:
(a) within 48 hours of being notified by Promoter, a winner does not respond or does not provide their full name and relevant details (if applicable, details for the prize to be awarded; or
(b) if a prize is rejected; or
(c) if an entry is invalid or an entrant is disqualified or in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
Promoter reserves the right to disqualify an entrant or winner that, in its absolute discretion, could bring Promoter into disrepute.
Promoter shall disqualify any entries that have failed to abide by and/or are in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
Personal Information
15. All personal details and/or information given either in the entry process or otherwise must be truthful, accurate and in no way misleading. Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entrants if they have supplied untruthful, inaccurate or misleading personal details and/or information.
16. Any personal information that entrants share with the Promoter (including name, address, email, social media profile, or other data) will be kept secure and only used in line with Promoter’s Privacy Policy and these Terms and Conditions.
Use of Entry Content
17. Promoter shall own all (if any) of the copyright and other intellectual property rights in the entries and any other materials (whether visual, oral or written) generated during the various stages of this Promotion, in perpetuity and on a worldwide basis for use at Promoter's sole discretion including, without limitation, use in advertising, other media, press releases, editorial and promotional activity, point of sale material, Promoter's websites, third party websites (including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok and Youtube), newsletters and e-newsletters.
18. Accordingly, entrants assign to Promoter any copyright and other intellectual property rights which exist in their participation in this Promotion and irrevocably waive any moral rights that could vest in them (which shall include their name, location and age) under the Copyrights, Designs and Patents Act 1988 or otherwise, and undertake to do all things necessary immediately on Promoter’s request to effect or confirm any assignment in this paragraph.
Limitation of Liability
19. Neither Promoter nor any agencies nor suppliers involved in this Promotion may be liable to the winners, whether arising from tort including negligence, breach of contract or otherwise or for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered whatsoever as a result of or relating to participation in this prize draw or the prizes to the extent permissible by law. No compensation for loss of earnings will be paid by Promoter for participation in any aspect of this prize draw.

The Promotion is: Power Pieces Edit in support of The Prince’s Trust Women Change a Girl’s Life campaign. The Prince’s Trust is a London based charity with Charity Number 1079675.
How to support: To support the Promotion you can make a purchase of any of the items included in the Power Pieces Edit on our website at www.missoma.com between 9.00AM on 8 March 2023 and 11.59PM on 31 March 2023 (BST) (the “Promotion Period”). For every qualifying purchase during the Promotion Period, the Promoter will donate 15% of the purchase price to The Prince’s Trust.
Minimum Commitment: The Promoter shall donate a minimum of £5000 during the Promotion Period.

By tagging your social media posts and/or social media images (including their captions) with #missoma, #missomalondon and/or #yesmissoma (in response to our request(s)) (the “Missoma Hashtags”), or with the following handles @missoma and/or @missomalondon (the “Missoma Handles”), or by uploading content to any Missoma website or mobile applications and/or the Missoma social media pages (together the “Missoma Platforms”) you agree to the following Missoma user-generated content (“UGC”) policy.
All posts and content tagged with the Missoma Hashtags and/or the Missoma Handles, or uploaded to the Missoma Platforms, including without limitation, your name, biographical information and all other names, usernames, pseudonyms, text, likenesses, graphics, logos, marks, images, photographs, code, videos, clips, GIFs, moving images and all other information and material shall be referred to in this policy as UGC.

ONLINE ORDERS
Payment in whole, by credit card or debit card, is required before dispatch of goods.
Once payment has been received by us, we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending a confirmation email to you at the email address you provide in your online order form.
Goods supplied by Missoma to customers remain the property of the company, until paid for in full by the customer.
All Missoma items have a warranty of 2 year. Unfortunately, our 2 year warranty does not cover the loss or theft of any pieces. We would advise you to contact your insurance/ home insurance to make a claim with them directly. We are happy to provide any proof of purchase information that you may need, to request this information please Contact Us.
TELEPHONE ORDERS
Orders can be placed over the telephone by calling the customer service team on +44 (0)20 3176 6822. Card details will be processed using our online secure Shopify Payments process. These terms apply to telephone orders also.
CAN I USE MY STACK REWARD POINTS WITH A PROMO CODE?
No, unfortunately your Stack reward points can’t be used in conjunction with a promo code.
Stack rewards points can however be used as payment on items that have been marked down from their full original price.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Once an order has been placed we are unable to make any changes or cancel your orders.You can return your order once you have received it, please find further details in our Return Section.
We reserve the right to cancel the contract between you and us if: We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered, or one or more of the items you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error.
If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by e-mail and will recredit your account any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible, but in any event within five working days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
PRICES
Orders are subject to acceptance by the company and the availability of the goods, and will be invoiced at prices set out in our website at the time of purchase.
All of our prices are listed in Pounds Sterling and you will be invoiced in Pounds Sterling. If you are purchasing goods from outside the UK, currency fluctuations and credit card charges may affect the amount billed on your credit card.

IMPORT CHARGES OUTSIDE THE EU
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs or import duties and tax charges once they reach their destination country outside of the UK. We do not cover this cost so you will be responsible for paying any import charges that may be added. COMPLAINTS & CLAIMS
COMPLAINTS
If you find that you are not satisfied with any product or service please Contact Us. You will receive a response within 7 working days. We will endeavor to resolve any complaint within a further 14 working days.
MISTAKES IN INVOICES, RECEIPTS OR PAYMENTS
Any mistakes in invoices, receipts or payments will be rectified as soon as possible, and at the latest within 5 working days of agreeing to do so.
CLAIMS
Claims can only be made through our Missoma Customer Service department here. Any claims made before prior communication with the Missoma Customer Service department will not be considered.
All goods must be counted and checked at the time of delivery. Any damage or faults must be reported on receipt of the goods. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Any claim in respect of the above should be made by contacting us within 48hrs of delivery.
No claims will be entertained unless the above conditions are strictly adhered to.
No credit or refund will be given for any goods ordered in error by the customer.
No credit or refund will be given for any losses due to the incorrect storage or handling by the customer of any goods supplied by Missoma.
E-GIFT CARDS
You may purchase Missoma e-Gift Cards (digital gift cards) that are redeemable as a form of payment against orders only on uk.missoma.com (United Kingdom).
Please note that the below terms apply:
e-Gift Card may only be redeemed against products purchased in the same currency as thee-Gift Card at uk.missoma.com and is not valid at any third party Missoma stockists. The United Kingdom store accepts the following currency: GBP£.e-Gift Card has a minimum activation amount of £10 and a maximum amount of £200. e-Gift Card can be purchased for a pre-set balance and cannot be customisable, subject to condition 20.e-Gift Card can be used more than once, provided there is still a balance remaining on the card. If you do not receive goods ordered by you within seven working days of the date on which you ordered them, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us by e-mail or telephone of the problem within 14 days of the date on which you ordered the goods.

We want to reassure you that our legal teams across the globe are working with our online partners, including Google and PayPal, to help us stop the illegal counterfeiters and to have these sites taken down.

It is a scam site, and with many others like it, it is posing as Missoma and largely drawing unsuspecting consumers in with promises of large discounts.
Please be aware that many of these sites do not hold stock of any kind and you will receive nothing for your money.
The payment checkouts on these sites are often not secure, therefore, putting your identity and credit card details at risk.
These are sophisticated outfits, who invest in advertising on Google and other reputable sites using unauthorised Missoma images and product names - this does not make them in any way affiliated with Missoma, nor do they hold stock of genuine Missoma product.

Counterfeits have long been an issue for Missoma. Counterfeiters will purchase our pieces and illegally re-cast and re-sell our designs to other online stores. These counterfeit brands also use Missoma imagery to appear genuine.
Missoma is renowned for being a creative design-led brand. Our pieces are designed in-house by our exceptional team of designers, led by our Founder and Creative Director, Marisa Hordern.
Our unique pieces take months and sometimes years to perfect. We obsess over every detail and use only the very best gold vermeil. When you invest in Missoma, you’re not only investing in a piece that will hopefully bring you or a loved one great joy, you’re also investing in our team and their hard work.
Please be careful as counterfeit products could be dangerous - the metals used in their production may be of low quality or even contaminated. Given the close proximity to skin, particularly with
