OUR FACTORIES

We work closely with our factories across Bangkok and Jaipur to develop our iconic, high-quality pieces. Collaborating with them on their sustainability initiatives is also a key part of our relationship. Let’s break down which suppliers make up our supply chain.

Tier 1 – Factories

All six of our factories craft with 100% certified recycled metals and, like us, are Responsible Jewellery Council and UN Global Compact certified. These certifications mean we have confidence in their social, human rights and environmental practices. Meet our Tier 1 suppliers – our factories – below.

Tier 2 – Metal Refineries and Chain and Gemstone Suppliers

Our metal refineries are all RJC certificated and offer certification to confirm that the recycled gold and silver they provide our factories with is sourced from industrial, electronic and jewellery industry waste. The refineries we work with follow international guidelines including OECD, The Responsible Minerals Initiative and LBMA Good Delivery to ensure transparent sourcing of precious metals.

Our chain suppliers are also all RJC Certified and craft their chains in certified recycled metals from RJC Certified Refineries.

We have already mapped our supply chain for these suppliers, but our goal for 2023 - 2024 is to build the full picture of our Tier 2 gemstone suppliers for complete transparency.
